ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately.
You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website.
You (also) agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.
You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
MODIFICATION
We (www.evisa-viet.com) reserves the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
We have complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
We do not apply a cancellation policy once you have submitted your evisa application. As soon as you make the payment and submit the application, we immediately put that order in “Processing” status, and it cannot be canceled thereafter.
The following cases are eligible for a 100% service fee refund (excluding the fees imposed by the Vietnamese government and any online payment gateway fees on this website, if applicable, when you transfer money to us):
- Your evisa application is rejected for any reason.
- The evisa contains incorrect information and cannot be used for entry.
The following case is eligible for a partial service fee refund:
- Delayed evisa processing beyond the requested time: In this case, we will apply the evisa fee based on the actual processing time and refund the difference between the original request and the actual processing time. This is due to technical issues with the Vietnamese government’s visa management system, and we cannot intervene in this matter.
Please note that the following fees are non-refundable:
- The fee for the Vietnam Immigration Department: $25 for a single-entry evisa and $50 for a multiple-entry evisa.
- The online payment gateway fees, if applicable, when you pay for our services using PayPal/ Onepay
PROCESSING TIME AND SERVICE COMPLETION
Processing time for arranging pre-approved letter offered by Vietnam Visa Center is based on processing time provided by Vietnam Immigration Department under normal circumstances, which are 1 – 5 working days. Processing time will be starting from the next business day after you pay and notify us your payment receipt. Vietnam Immigration Department may request additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without further explanations.
Our service provided is completed once your e-visa is sent to the email address you submitted during the application process. You are required to notify us if you do not receive the letter in time, if no email from you informing us that you do not receive the letter within 7 days, the service is understood to be completed. We are not responsible for any delay/loss caused by the Wrong email addresses supplied by applicants or the situation that applicants do not notify us by email that e-visa is not received.
WORKING TIME
Working time in Vietnam from Monday to Friday (8:00AM -12:00PM and 2:00PM – 6:00PM)
Normal: 5 working days for processing from Monday to Friday
For Urgent 2 days: Apply bore 8.00AM (Vietnam Time) and received E-visa till 6:00PM next day
Urgent 1 working day:
- In the Morning: Apply before 8:00AM received E-visa till 6:00PM the same day. If your application is submited after 8:00AM, your e-Visa will be issued by 12:00PM on the next working day.
- In the Afternoon: Apply before 2:00PM received E-visa till 12:00PM the next day
Urgent 4 working hours:
- In the Morning: Apply before 8:00AM received E-visa till 12:00PM the same day. If your application is submited after 8:00AM, your e-Visa will be issued by 6:00PM on the same working day.
- In the Afternoon: Apply before 2:00PM received E-visa till 6:00PM the same day. If your application is submited after 2:00 PM, your e-Visa will be issued by 12:00PM on the next working day.
Super Urgent 2 working hours:
- In the Morning: Apply before 10:00AM received E-visa in 2 hours in the same day.
- In the Afternoon: Apply before 4:00PM received E-visa in 2 hours in the same day.
WRONG ON INFORMATION
Any information customer provided for our services will be apply exactly. Immigration officers sometimes make mistakes. We suggest that you check the details on your e-visa carefully. If you find any errors on e-visa, please inform us immediately by EMAIL. If we do not receive any email for error correction within 7 days from the time we send out your e-visa, we will not be responsible for any failed applications, declined entries or losses.
DISCLAIMERS
We are not responsible for any loss, delay or cancellation of your flight ticket, tour or accommodation booking made for your trip to Vietnam in case your visa application or entry is declined.
Normally, it takes 3-5 working days to process an e-visa, however, there are also exceptions, delay due to unforeseen problems. We strongly recommend that you should apply for your Vietnam visa at least 1-2 weeks in advance of the travel date to avoid any potential issues.
